Our Mission
Our desire is to see every individual become successful and self sufficient and our goal is to equip you as quickly as possible to have stable housing, transportation, and employment.
Our efforts and ministry are inspired by Christ's redemptive nature.
He wants each of us restored and whole.
Our Program
Christ City of Refuge has rules that are designed to maintain the property and integrity of the program. Everyone works to maintain the grounds and must be or become employed.
Upon receiving employment, every resident is required to save $200/week with the program which is returned to them at departure to secure housing. Residents and former residents are part of our community and stay connected with the program team leaders and our faith community. Please review the admission form, general rules, and other attachments to determine if you are a qualified candidate for this program.
Our Facility
Our facility is located in a peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood in Hartsville, SC.
It is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents. We offer modern amenities featuring comfortable living single cabins, a communal area complete with a full kitchen and living room, a laundry facility, bath houses, and beautiful outdoor spaces for relaxation and recreation with a beautiful countryside view and a pond for all to enjoy in a campground type setting.
Our Staff
Our staff is made up of experienced, caring, and compassionate professionals who are dedicated to helping our clients achieve a fresh start. We provide 24/7 support and care, and work closely with each resident to ensure that they are making progress towards their goals.
Church Services
The Executive Director Jimmy Johnson also provides church services every Sunday morning at Zion Assembly and also welcomes you to come worship with us.
